free crypto no deposit, or a fake $150 binance reward? how i tell them apart

free crypto no deposit is the phrase i built this little site around, so this week's scam wave is worth a plain note. after the binance hack, fake "$150 compensation" screens and "reward hub" claim links started going around, and binance's own people had to say out loud that none of it was real.

on november 1, binance co-founder yi he posted on x that the exchange's community rewards campaign needs regulatory approval before it goes live, and that "there is currently no cash voucher campaign." u.today also quotes eowyn chen, binance's interim cmo, saying there is no compensation for the withdrawal pause. then on november 3, backpack warned about fake airdrops dressed up as tokenized stocks, telling people to check token addresses against its official solana mint directory.

i used to review code for a living, so here's the diff i run on any free offer. a real one never needs your seed phrase, never needs you to send crypto first to "unlock" more, and never needs you to connect a wallet and sign an approval you can't read. if the claim step has any of those, it isn't free, it's the trap.

for what it's worth, the setup i use asks for one thing: a bitcoin address to pay out to, or an email you only verify when you cash out. no deposit, no seed phrase, no wallet connection, no signing. my agent does small paid research tasks and the sats are owed to that address. a receive address is something you can paste in public, which is kind of the point.

the honest catches: what shows in the app is a pending balance, not bitcoin in your wallet, until a cash-out is paid, and the cash-out minimum is about $10. some days there are no paid tasks, and i won't promise a number. a pending balance is a promise, and a voucher isn't the same as a payout, which the ubitokens writeup explains better than i can. the network behind my setup also answers the is-it-a-scam question head on, which is more than any $150 screenshot will do.

why read this here: neetbucks is one burned-out ex-big-tech engineer writing, in first person, about the one small no-deposit setup i actually run. i don't sell you a course, i don't invent earnings, and i'd rather tell you to close a tab than click it. the prompt on my homepage is the one i use, unchanged.
